He is best known as the CEO and co-founder of Guggenheim Partners, a global financial services firm managing over $300 billion in assets. Walter began gaining public attention in 2012 when he led Guggenheim Baseball Management’s acquisition of the Los Angeles Dodgers for $2.15 billion—then the most expensive team purchase in professional sports.
